When my wife and I decided to sell our business after 25 years of ownership, we considered three different business brokers, all of whom had good reputations. One failed to show up for our initial appointment, one never followed up after our initial appointment, and then there was Phil Reese. Not only did he show up for our initial appointment (on time), he stayed in our kitchen for nearly two hours explaining the sales process, and what we could expect in the weeks and months to come. We are very pleased we chose Phil Reese as our Business Broker. As a result of our company being employee owned, the process of selling was more complicated and more involved than a typical sale.
